Who we are
Inclementia, located in Tirana, Albania ("we", "us") organises the Inclementia events and is responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name, surname (optional) and email address, together with the date and time you subscribed and confirmed.
When you buy a ticket, the purchase is handled by our ticketing partner, [ticket provider name], under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details.
Why we use it
- To send you news about Inclementia events: lineups, ticket releases and important updates.
- We only do this because you gave us your consent by ticking the box on our signup form and confirming your email address.
We do not sell your data or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
Our newsletter is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the subscriber list on our behalf in the European Union. Brevo may only use your data to provide this service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails and delete your details [within 15 days / keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again].
Your rights
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect emails already sent.
- Complain to the data protection authority: in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection.
